1. Introduction

Welcome to NSAFR ("NSAFR", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NSAFR website, mobile applications, and related services (together, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who we are

NSAFR operates an online travel platform that lets travelers discover, plan, book, and manage stays, activities, and transportation, primarily in Egypt and the wider region. NSAFR acts as an intermediary between travelers and independent accommodation and service providers ("Partners").

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Platform. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Bookings and payments

  • A booking is confirmed only once valid availability is verified and the required payment or deposit is received.
  • Prices, fees, and any applicable taxes are shown before you confirm a booking.
  • Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider; NSAFR does not store full card details.
  • The Partner listed on a booking is responsible for providing the stay, activity, or service you reserved.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms vary by Partner and are displayed on each listing before booking. Where a refund is due, it is returned using the original payment method within the timeframe stated at checkout.

6. Rewards and coins

NSAFR may offer loyalty features such as coins, stamps, and levels. These have no cash value, are non-transferable unless stated, and may be adjusted or withdrawn where they are earned in error or through misuse.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the Platform lawfully, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its data.

8. Content and reviews

Reviews may only be submitted for completed bookings. You are responsible for the content you submit and grant NSAFR a license to display it on the Platform.

9. Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable law that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform, and the effective date above will be revised.
